If you’ve experienced any issues with our platform, we recommend clearing your cache to rule out any problems with your browser or app.
In many cases, this can help resolve issues with page loading, signing in, or certain features not working properly.
If you’re using a web browser
Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy and security.
- Click Delete browsing data.
- Select the data you want to delete and confirm.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open the Tools menu.
- Select Clear Private Data.
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
- You can also access this option directly using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
If you’re using the app
Android
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Apps or Applications.
- Find and select our app.
- Tap Storage.
- Select Clear cache.
Important: Do not tap Clear data, as this may delete information stored in the app, such as your preferences or login information.
iPhone (iOS)
On iOS, you can’t clear an app’s cache without deleting the app.
If you need to do this, you can:
- Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
- Find and select our app.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Offload App: Removes the app but keeps its documents and data. When you reinstall the app, your data will be restored if it’s still available.
- Delete App: Removes the app and all of its data. You’ll then need to reinstall it from the App Store.
Is the issue still happening?
If the issue persists after clearing your cache (or reinstalling the app on iOS), please contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll be happy to take a closer look and help you get things back up and running.
