Forgot your password? Get an error when trying to enter your account? 😱 Don't worry!
Here are some tips that can help you retrieve your account:
- Try resetting your password here. Please note that you will have to enter in the email field the same address that is associated with your nickname. You will be sent a message and all you need to do is follow the steps listed. If you no longer have access to that email address or don’tt remember it, please contact our support and we’ll help you to log in again. 💪
- If you have more than one account, make sure you are logging in to the correct one. You can notice right away if you see that, for example, the chips or friends you had are not the same 🙂
- If you get a message such as "updating the portal", that's because you typed your nick incorrectly. 😕 Maybe you forgot it, so please reach out to us providing your account information then we can have a look at it and give you a new password.
How to log out and log in to another account?
On the app:
- Log in to the app and you’ll see at the top right a wheel icon (the "settings" symbol). Tap that icon and you’ll see a drop-down menu. The last option is "disconnect". Tap there and you're done!
- Then, you can log in again with a different account, typing the nickname and password of that account.
On the website:
- Click on the triangle that is located on the right side of your avatar at the top of the screen. When you click that button, a drop-down will open and you will see "log out".
- If you want to log in again with the same or a different nickname, you can go back to https://www.mundigames.com/ and enter the corresponding nickname and password.
