"Cheating” any attempt to manipulate the outcome of the games, get or provide chips in an illicit way or any action with a view to circumvent the normal operation of our games or our platform in general.
What is considered cheating?
In mini-games, for example, the usual number of bets that a single player can place should not exceed 200 per hour. Plus, we do not consider it fair play for the same player to place mini-game bets on two or more games at the same time.
We offer our community various features, such as gifting cards, collections, and purchases. These options are intended to allow players to send gifts to each other or between accounts belonging to the same person.
Gifts should not exceed the number of cards or bets that a user normally plays. Additionally, gift sending is subject to an indicative limit of up to 50 cards per day.
This limit does not mean that activities below this amount are not subject to review. Any abuse of these features, systematically exceeding this limit, or using them for purposes other than those intended will be considered cheating.
Our team reserves the right to review and monitor these gifts in order to protect the security of the platform and our users. If we detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity, we may take measures such as limiting, temporarily suspending, or permanently closing the accounts involved.
Accounts must be personal and non-transferable. For this reason, sharing accounts is not allowed under any circumstances. In addition, sharing accounts to make purchases at a higher discount or to get a higher amount of chips is classified as cheating. In this case, if you lose access to your account for any reason, as we cannot prove the actual ownership, further penalties may also apply.
The company reserves the right to block any account where abnormal game movements are detected.
What penalties are applied?
We want to ensure that everyone can have fun legally and transparently on our platform. That is why we have automatic checking systems in place and perform regular checks to detect cheating and penalize cheaters.
Penalties can range from loss of reputation or temporary account blocking, to account closure and expulsion from the platform (permanent banning). Accounts found to be related by IP and/or device may also be penalized or permanently banned and new accounts may be banned by blocking the IP and devices.
