How to report a player?
You can do it in different ways. Find the steps below. ✍️
Through the support contact form:
This is the recommended way, as you can write a text and upload screenshots and we can give you a personalized reply.
📸🔎Before contacting us, keep in mind that it is important the report is well supported with evidence and as much information as possible. Take screenshots or pictures of the event at the same moment. Screenshots should be full screen so that we can have all the context (day, time, nicknames, etc.) when we check the report.
- Visit our support contact form.
- Enter a valid email address so you can get our reply.
- Check that you are not a robot.
- Choose the subject you want to report, type the nick / user name and write a brief summary of the event.
- Choose the files you want to attach. You don't need to send many screenshots, 3 or 4 at the most is enough.
- That's it! Our support team will check your message and get back to you as soon as possible.
In-game:
Only if you are playing the updated version of our traditional games:
- Select the nickname or avatar you want to report by clicking on it.
- A window with several options will pop.
- Choose “report” and you will see several options to select the ones that apply to you. Click on “send” and that's it!
- In that option, your reports are reviewed, but you do not get a response from our team.
But, remember that the community rules apply to everyone alike! 😉
We do not intend to benefit or harm any player. That's why we always carry out a thorough review of the reports that come to us to try to be fair, punishing only those that truly prove to be unsportsmanlike conduct subject to penalty.
