If you’ve experienced disconnections or glitches in one of our games, first make sure it’s not just a temporary issue. Just close everything and log back in — things should be back to normal in a few moments.
Most of our games are designed to let you continue playing even if there’s a brief connection drop or a minor glitch. For games like bingo or slots, the rounds continue as usual and prizes are awarded normally, even if you get disconnected.

If you're playing on the app:
